# تعهدات مارکت میکرها

برای دریافت تخفیف های منحصر به فرد اجرای سفارش، بازارسازان موظفند شرایط زیر را رعایت و حفظ کنند:

* حداقل اسپرد را برای مدت زمان توافق شده در سیستم معاملاتی Margex حفظ کنید
* در هر باند در دفترچه سفارش، حجم را برابر یا بالاتر از حداقل نگه دارید
* حفظ حجم افزایش یافته در 3 باند اول (سطح قیمت)

لطفاً توجه داشته باشید که در صورت نقض یا عدم رعایت حداقل یکی از شرایط فوق، مارجکس این حق را برای خود محفوظ می دارد که بدون پرداخت تخفیف یا انجام سایر شرایط طرح معاملاتی، قرارداد را فسخ کند.
