# Obblighi del market maker

Per ricevere sconti unici per l'esecuzione degli ordini, i [Market maker](/help-center/it/market-making/how-to-become-a-market-maker.md) sono tenuti a soddisfare e mantenere le seguenti condizioni:

* Mantenere uno spread minimo per il tempo concordato all'interno del sistema di trading Margex
* Mantenere il capitale uguale o superiore al minimo, su ciascuna fascia dell'Order Book
* Mantenere un capitale incrementato entro le prime 3 fasce (livelli di prezzo)

Si prega di notare che, nel caso in cui almeno una delle condizioni di cui sopra venisse violata, Margex si riserva il diritto di rescindere il contratto senza applicare alcuno sconto o senza soddisfare altre condizioni relative ad eventuali promozioni di trading.
