# Obrigações do market maker

Para receber descontos exclusivos de execução de ordens, os [Market Makers](/help-center/pt/market-making/how-to-become-a-market-maker.md) devem cumprir e manter as seguintes condições:

* Manter um spread mínimo pelo tempo acordado dentro do sistema de operações Margex
* Manter o volume igual ou superior ao mínimo, em cada faixa do Order Book
* Manter um volume aumentado dentro das primeiras 3 bandas (níveis de preços)

Observe que, no caso de pelo menos uma das condições acima ser violada, a Margex reserva-se o direito de rescindir o contrato sem pagar o desconto ou cumprir com outras condições de promoção comercial.
