# Referrals

## Social Trading main tab

On the main page of the Social Trading tab you will find 3 key modules: Your affiliate's profile along with description, Your Feed, and Chat.

### Feed

Here, all Trading Ideas that your Affiliate created: active or completed, will be reflected. From here, you'll be able to Use active Ideas or leave comments on them.

Trading Ideas can be filtered by the 'Active' or 'Completed' status:

### Chat

The main place to discuss Ideas or check on the latest messages from your Affiliate.

## Using Trading Ideas

Any used Idea is essentially a Limit Order and will be treated accordingly after corresponding order has been placed.

### Choosing the Idea

If you want to use any Idea, simply choose the Idea you wish to follow and press on the 'Use Idea' button on the correspoding Idea's card:

After that, an additional form will open where you can check the parameters of the Idea.

### Trading pair and Market parameters

It is important to always double-check the market setup and Idea parameters before placing an order. On the Order Placement confirmation window check the following information:

In the Order Creation form you will first see the asset that will be traded and main order parameters reflected on the chart, such as open price and TP/SL levels.

### Take Profit and Stop Loss price levels and position percentages

For Take Profit and Stop Loss orders, it is worth paying attention not also to the price level for these conditional orders to trigger, but to the **position percentages**. **Positon percantage** reflects the size of a position in % which will be closed when this order triggers.

### Order parameters

Finally, it is left to configure your key order parameters, such as used [Collateral](/help-center/wallet/deposit/conditions.md#supported-deposits), [Order Size, Leverage,](/help-center/leverage-trading-guide/how-leverage-works.md) and [Margin type](/help-center/leverage-trading-guide/orders-positions/cross-vs-isolated-margin.md):

Once all the order parameters have been set, simply click on the Buy/Long or Sell/Short button and your order will be created automatically. You can check on your Oder satus in the 'Active Orders' tab on the Position Management section of the trading terminal:

## Chat

In the Chat you can express your thoughts and share opinion on Trading Ideas by simply commenting on them as well as read thoughts and messages posted by your Affiliate.

In order to comment on a specific Idea, simply click on the 'Add Comment' and you'll automatically start writing a message on a specific trading Idea:

You are also able to delete your own messages from the chat. To do so, simply click on the 'Bin' icon on the message you wish to delete:
