# Social Trading Explained

**Social Trading** on Margex allows for easier and more fluid communication between the affiliate and his referrals in terms of their trading strategy. This serves as an additional layer for our affiliates to telegraph their thoughts and strategies through **trading ideas** to their community without the need to use additional sources or social media channels for such simple things as: giving stop and entry signals, voicing your ideas to your community, and so on.

On the other hand, it also eases the interaction from the referral point of view. Instead of having raw idea of what to trade and when, you can have it as simple as a press of one button to already have an order in place waiting to execute whenever your affiliate has a strategy in mind.
