Deposits

Q: Do you have any deposit fees? A: Margex does not charge any deposit fees.
Q: How many block confirmations do deposits require? A: Deposits require 1-3 block confirmations based on the coin/token.
Q: I made a deposit, but it doesn't show up in my account. Why? A: If your deposit is not reflected in your Wallet, make sure that your destination address is correct and the deposit has received sufficient confirmations (1-3) on the blockchain. Q: Where can I find my deposit address? A: The list of all available coins/tokens available for deposits is reflected on the Wallet page. Click 'DEPOSIT' for the coin/token that you wish to deposit to generate your deposit address.
Q: I received a bonus after registering. How can I use it? A: Bonuses are used to cover up to 50% of trade fees incurred for a trade after closing a position. For more details on bonuses see our short help center article Bonuses.

Withdrawals

Q: How long do withdrawals take? A: All pending withdrawal requests are processed once a day, between 12:00 - 14:00 UTC.
Withdrawals placed before 12:00 UTC are processed on the same day, while withdrawals placed after 12:00 UTC are processed the following day. The status of your withdrawals will be reflected on the Wallet page under the Transaction History section.
Q: Are there any withdrawal fees? A: Margex does not charge any additional fees for withdrawals. However a blockchain miner fee, which is reflected in the withdrawal placement window will be incurred for any withdrawal. Margex does not charge any additional fees for withdrawals.
Q: Can I cancel my withdrawal? A: Yes, a withdrawal can be cancelled at anytime before 12:00 UTC, by clicking the 'X' button for the corresponding withdrawal in your Wallet Transaction History
Q: When withdrawing, my balance available for withdrawal is less than my total balance for the selected coin. Why? A: When placing a withdrawal, only the currently available balance can be withdrawn. Funds that are currently staked, reserved as margin in active orders, open positions, copy trading or other pending withdrawals cannot be placed in a new withdrawal.
Q: I made a withdrawal yesterday, but my funds have not arrived. What is the status of my withdrawal? A: When withdrawing funds, make sure to confirm the withdrawal using the withdrawal confirmation PIN-code sent to your email address. Once confirmed, your withdrawal transaction status will be reflected as Pending in your Wallet Transaction history.
Q: Can I withdraw my funds to a bank? A: Direct bank transfers are not available from Margex, however it is possible to use third-party services to exchange your crypto to various FIAT currencies and have them transferred to your bank
