Can I convert my crypto to stablecoins?
Yes, at the moment we offer an option to convert to USDT and USDC, however, we plan to introduce more options in the future.
What is the minimum conversion amount?
The general mimum for all currently available pairs is $10 or equivalent amount. However, keep in mind, that minimum conversion amounts may differ depending on the target currency.

What is the maximum conversion amount?
The general maximum conversion amount is $30,000 or equivalent amount, per single transaction/daily.

How long does it take to convert one currency to another?
Currency conversion is near instant, however, during times of high network loads the time of operation may be prolongated slightly.
Where are my converted coins located?
Converted coins are automatically allocated to corresponding target currency Wallets.
Where can I see my conversion history and conversion transaction's status?
The full history of all your exchange transactions will be reflected on the 'Convert' page of your Margex account, at the bottom of the web-page, in the 'Conversion History' and also on the 'Wallet' page of your Margex account under the 'Transaction History' tab.
