Can I deposit via a credit/bank card?

It is possible to Purchase Crypto with a bank card from your Margex wallet via Changelly and ChangeNOW widgets which are accessible directly from your Margex account Wallet. See our short guide on how to Buy crypto with a bank/credit card.

Do you have any deposit fees?

Margex does not charge any deposit fees.

Can I convert my crypto to stablecoins or other crypto?

Yes, by using our own crypto converter you can exchange your currencies to USDT or USDC directly within Margex platform, with no fees.

How many block confirmations do deposits require?

Deposits require 1-3 block confirmations based on the coin/token.

I made a deposit, but it doesn't show up in my account. Why?

If your deposit is not reflected in your Wallet, make sure that your destination address is correct and the deposit has received sufficient confirmations (1-3) on the blockchain.

Where can I find my deposit address?

The list of all available coins/tokens available for deposits is reflected on the Wallet page. Click 'DEPOSIT' for the coin/token that you wish to deposit to generate your deposit address.

I received a bonus after registering. How can I use it?

Bonuses are used to cover up to 50% of trade fees incurred for a trade after closing a position. For more details on bonuses see our short help center article Bonuses.

How to Make a Deposit

To make a direct crypto deposit from other wallets/exchanges to your Margex wallet:

1. Click Deposit on the Wallet page

1. In the drop down menu, click on the Coin that you wish to deposit:

1. Next, select the network corresponding to your Coin:

1. Copy your Margex deposit address and paste it into the destination field on the site/wallet from which you are transferring funds:

Once a deposit has been completed it will be reflected in the Transaction History, on the Wallet page.

When sending funds to your Margex Wallets, it is important to send only the stated currency to the corresponding wallet address (e.g. if sending ERC-20 USDT, it must be sent ONLY to the ERC20 wallet address reflected on the Wallet page of your account.)

Sending any other currencies to an address except the stated currency may result in the permanent loss of your funds.
