Deposits require 1-3 block confirmations based on the coin/token.

<summary>I made a deposit, but it doesn't show up in my account. Why?</summary>

If your deposit is not reflected in your Wallet, make sure that your destination address is correct and the deposit has received sufficient confirmations (1-3) on the blockchain.

The list of all available coins/tokens available for deposits is reflected on the [Wallet](https://margex.com/app/wallet) page. Click 'DEPOSIT' for the coin/token that you wish to deposit to generate your deposit address.

## How to Make a Deposit

To make a direct crypto deposit from other wallets/exchanges to your Margex wallet:

1. Click Deposit on the [Wallet](https://margex.com/app/wallet) page

2. In the drop down menu, click on the Coin that you wish to deposit:

3. Next, select the network corresponding to your Coin:

4. Copy your Margex deposit address and paste it into the destination field on the site/wallet from which you are transferring funds:

Once a deposit has been completed it will be reflected in the Transaction History, on the [Wallet](https://margex.com/app/wallet) page.

When sending funds to your Margex Wallets, it is important to send **only the stated currency to the corresponding wallet address** (e.g. if sending ERC-20 USDT, it must be sent ONLY to the ERC20 wallet address reflected on the Wallet page of your account.)

**Sending any other currencies to an address except the stated currency may result in the permanent loss of your funds.**
