# How to Convert Crypto

The Crypto Converter allows traders to exchange one coin to another, **directly within their Margex Wallet** in just a few clicks and with no additional fees!

## How to Convert Crypto

To convert one coin to another:

* Navigate to the 'Convert' tab:

* Select your coin and the coin you want to receive. Type in the amount (From) that you want to exchange. The amount you will receive will be calculated automatically. In this example we're converting our ETH -> USDT:

On the conversion confirmation window, the **quoted exchange rate is updated in real time and will be available for a limited amount of time.** If the conversion is not confirmed by the trader after a short amount of time - a 'Quote Expired' notifications message will appear:\

* Once the conversion has been completed a pop-up window will appear showing the status of your conversion and the conversion rate:

Converted coins are immediately added/deducted from their corresponding [Wallet](https://margex.com/app/wallet) balances.
